New hobby

Combining my love of sailing and English by chuckling delightedly whenever I hear people use nautically originated phrases in everyday speech:

  • square away
  • give leeway
  • jump ship
  • stem to stern
  • etc.

- All hands on deck
- Anchor, anchored, anchors away, etc.
